Get to Know Me

A desert resident since 1987, Marc’s unique background in real estate began in 1993 when he started purchasing and restoring properties in Palm Springs and Pasadena. His work with architecturally significant homes has left him with perhaps one of the richest collections of architectural properties in the Coachella Valley, having purchased acclaimed architect Donald Wexler’s home, the Sinatra House (designed and built by famed architect E. Stewart Williams), as well as Wexler’s last designed all-steel house and E. Stewart Williams’ home.

As an agent, Marc takes pride in passing his masterful insight on to his clients, seeking out homes based on their needs and consulting with them on the viability of breathing new life into space, having personally accomplished this same feat for decades. Well-versed in helping clients fully prepare for putting their homes on the market, Marc implements his understanding of home staging to maximize the appeal and accentuate key living spaces to connect with buyers. His design background and a keen eye for home restoration have won him acclaim in notable publications such as Vanity Fair, Elle Decor, Palm Springs Life, Los Angeles Magazine, and Palm Springs Modern.

Marc’s ultimate goal is to do what’s best for his clients, and he believes that honesty, patience, and trust are the pillars of any successful transaction. He enjoys maintaining a personal, ongoing relationship with all of his clients and looks forward to serving the real estate needs of home seekers and sellers in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.
